EdMagZ Module SP1 – Basketball is a hands-on magnetic coaching and instruction system designed to support basketball skill development, play diagramming, and tactical understanding. Using magnetic player pieces, goals, court stencils, and dry- and wet-erase tools, coaches and players can model basketball plays, spacing, positioning, and movement directly on a whiteboard.
Player magnets are available in eight different team color options, allowing coaches to match the system to their school or team colors. In every set, the opposing team is represented by white player magnets, making it easy to clearly distinguish offense and defense when diagramming plays, drills, and game situations.
The system allows coaches to accurately draw a scaled basketball court using standard measurements, then place players to diagram offensive sets, defensive schemes, inbound plays, and transitions. Player magnets can be labeled with numbers, names, or positions, making the module effective for classrooms, team meetings, practice planning, and small-group instruction.
Coach/teacher sets feature larger magnets designed to be easily visible from the back of a classroom or locker room, while smaller player/student sets support individual or small-group use.
